Turkey and Bean Chili
first attempt at homemade chili and it went pretty well - good bit of smoky chile flavor without being overwhelming. served it over whole wheat elbow pasta with yogurt instead of sour cream. even garnished it with fresh cilantro that i had in my fridge!
