skipped the potatoes and green beans, added avocado and extra tomatoes. nice tangy dressing. satisfying without making me feel overstuffed.

Braised Chicken with Green Garlic
browned the chicken, then deglazed the pan with green garlic, made it into a paste, then put it all back together with chicken broth & white wine to simmer. served over brown rice with black barley and radish seeds.
