Pappardelle with Wine-Stewed Duck



ok it's been a long hiatus but i have finally uploaded my backlog of the occasional meals i have remembered to photograph and plan to go back to updating this more frequently again. here at the top is a duck ragu stewed in cabernet sauvignon that paired quite nicely with a delicious Iron Horse 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon.
